HELP- Disk ][ to SmartPort

Howdy!
I just picked up a Disk ][ drive, sans interface.  No problem...I have a
ROM 01 IIgs.  And I already have one 5.25" drive hooked to the SmartPort.
And I'm smart enough to know that if I yank off the 20-pin header from the
drive cable and replace it with a DB-19, I can set the Disk ][ up as
"Drive 2" on the GS.

So how about it...does anyone know the appropriate pin conversion to put a
DB-19 onto a Disk ][?
