   There are 2 ways to get an 'offline' device to show up:

- An actual device with that scsi device used to be on the scsi chain;
it couldn't be contacted when the RamFAST just scanned the bus. This
can be due to unplugging devices from the chain, devices that are
connected, but not powered up, devices not ready to reply when the
scsi bus was just scanned. If all of your devices are connected, but
not all are showing up in the device list, then you should investigate
this, not delete entries offhand.

   The way to get these entries back is fairly simple. Power off the
GS, reconnect the removed drives from the chain (or, power it up if it
was off), and turn the GS back on. The RamFAST will notice that a new
device has been added, and put it back in the device list, etc.

- A bogus entry. Sometimes my RamFAST will think there's an offline
drive in a few positions on the scsi chain, but there is no device
there. Sometimes powering down the GS, and restarting deletes these
bogus offline devices anyhow. As to getting these garbage offline
devices back, I don't have any idea how, and don't care at all.
