Yes, sorta. Too much resistance will degrade the signal quality,
however, and can cause problems.
The only proper SCSI termination configuration is terminators
on the last physical device. If this causes problems, reorder your
devices and/or use shorter cables. Only after you've pulled your
hair out should you start experimenting with terminators in the middle
of the chain.
