i just ordered second sight (takes about three weeks [ :-( ]) they said 
there is a 24-bit and an 8-bit version-- now that was a surprise. i 
thought there was the version with 512k DRAM and an 1MB DRAM. Why bother 
with the two version? ( i already know the difference between 8 and 
24-bit graphics) i mean, is there a performance difference between the 
two?
