USR Courier & PT3.1

Greetings!
 
I have a IIc w/ a zip chip & and run ProTerm 3.1
 
I just aquired a USR Courier HST Dual especially because there is
a driver for that modem; but it won't initialize!!
 
Does anyone have this exact set-up? Then you can help me!
 
The cable is not the problem, & nor the computer, as I have connected
at 9600 w/ a Robotics sportser "mac&fax" w/ no changes to the init string.
 
What is the init string for a USR Courier HST Dual with my set-up?
What about the dip-switches? _Please_ let me know if you have a set-up
working for you.
