Knights of Legend

Well, seeing as my question about fixing my keyboard worked, let's try
another one.

I have the game Knights of Legend from Origin Systems and in one of the
old magazines (Nibble, A+ or inCider) I read a review of this program.
In the review the reviewer (was it Joe Kohn?) was annoyed (as I am) that
the author used a modified version of ProDOS (called MicroDOS I think)
so that the 4 double-sided 5.25" disks could not be loaded onto a 3.5"
disk.

Apparently the reviewer contacted the author and the author gave him a
file which would allow copying the disks to a standard ProDOS formatted
3.5" disk.  I can't remember what the file is called but the reviewer
did say it would be available on the online services.

I haven't been able to find this file on GEnie and was wondering if
anyone out there knew where I could get it.

I have never finished the game because I kept getting frustrated
switching disks all the time.
