Use an image of the DOS 3.3 MASTER disk. The HELLO program usually is 
configured to load Integer BASIC automatically. If not, the disk should 
contain a BASIC program to do that. If not, then

    BLOAD LOADER.OBJ0
    CALL 4096

That should do it.
