Yes, there are a number of cards out there.  Apple's SCSI Rev. C and
Hi-Speed SCSI cards, plus CV Tech/Sequential System's RamFAST cards (Rev
C for //e, Rev D for //gs), OKS' Multi Kache Card (almost as fast as the
RamFAST, also supports 3.5" and 5.25" drives), and there are others,
such as the ProFile card for Apple's propriety ProFile HDs, and more.
In addition, you can get the TurboIDE and use an IDE HD.

IL>3) Can I get more RAM (beyond the 64K extra on my 80 column card)?

Surely.  The RamWorks III with 2Mb expansion comes to mind, but there
are others. (That's a total of 3Mb fully populated.)
