Ramfast/ Transwarp II Problems

Have you heard of anyone having Ramfast problems with a Transwarp II?

I can't get these two cards to work together in my IIe. Right now I have a
platinum IIe, 1.5 Meg, Transwarp II and the Ramfast (2.01).  The only problem
is that I cannot get both the Ramfast and the Transwarp II to work together.
All is configured correctly, DMA is off.  I keep getting odd errors statements
like:

C4, AD and the alike.  I have two different Ramfasts, and when I switch 
them in
the machine, It makes no difference, the same things happen.  I should note
that I do use the AE heavy duty power supply.  I did have a ram problem with
one of the Ramfasts, but I changed out all of the Dram's on the card, and it
read the 20 meg drive I am using just fine (without the Transwarp II).

Any insights you can give to me would be appreciated.  I suspect it is some
kind of odd timing thing I know nothing about, I want to resolve it before
ordering the new roms, or that may be the answer in itself, new roms!
