I'll be acquiring an Apple Rev.A SCSI card (non-hi-speed) soon, and am 
now in need of a source for Rev.C ROM upgrade. I've heard that Apple is 
no longer providing free upgrade for such it, so the question is --
Where can it be had, if possible?
