ANSIterm and 28.8 modem

Every time I use AnsiTerm with my 28.8k modem, it connects at 19.2. I
assume this because it's using the Control Panel settings instead of
writing directly to the serial port like ProTERM does. Does anyone know
how to make it run at maximum speed? Also, I do have the baud rate in
AnsiTerm set to 38,400 and I have a Transwarp (7mhz).
