Genie...is it worth it?

I used an account on GEnie for three years, and found it to have the best
AppleII coverage of any of the several major systems I've used. Unfortunately, 
the cost of using the system increased radically a couple of years ago, and at 
$50-75/month (costs $9/hour at 9600 baud from here) I just couldn't keep it
up. 

For Apple support, there is none better.
