I have a Sider D4T from 1st Class that looks like it is on its
way out. I was wondering if the interface card is actually a
SCSI card. The eprom on the card says D4T 1990 rev. B.
I bought the thing used a couple years ago, but I seem to remember
reading someplace that the Sider used a proprietary interface, not
SCSI. However, the manual describes the port on the drive itself
as a SCSI port...so I'm a little confused.
I am hoping to save a few $$$ and just get a new hard drive and
not have to fork out for a SCSI card on top of it. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.
