Ummm. Shareware Solutions II - a general interest Apple II bi-monthly
newsletter - is available worldwide, and is currently being read by Apple II
owners in 20+ countries. If we can arrange delivery to Uganda, I'm sure that
we could manage to convince the US Postal Service to deliver to Guam <grin>.
