I think that's the same chip the Rat Shack used to sell back in the
mid-80's. Try getting a hold of an old Rat Shack cross-reference index
(they are big books, about $3.45 apiece, and have complete "Archer" number
crossreferences for many parts, and in the front 100 or so pages, they
give the specs anf programming info for all parts the most Rat Shacks keep
in stock. The chip AY3-8910 is in the 1986 book I think?) If this is
unclear than that's because it's 3 in the morning :) Sorry I can't help
anymore...
