This seemed to jog my memory, so I looked in my garage and, lo and behold,
I still have one of these beasts. The one I have is an AY-3-8910A,
Radio Shack Catalog No. 276-1787. I have the chip (in uncertain condition)
and the tech sheet included in the package. Send me email and I'll see
if it's got the information you need.
