Networking a //e

Hiya folks...
Here's the situation. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Roommate #1 has a M*c IIci with roughly 320 meg of fixed disk, plus one of
those new 100 meg ZIP drives with the removable media. It's attached
(through a phonenet gizmo) to a HP Deskwriter 5?0C, and has a 14.4K modem
on a dedicated line. 

Roommate #2 has a M*c Performa 476 with about 300 meg of fixed disk, an
Immy 2, and a 14.4K Modem, also on a dedicated line. It is attached to
Roomie #1's machine through a phonenet connection. The Immy is currently
disconnected, but could be brought into the network with the addition of
one $20 gizmo.

Roomate #3 (Yours truly...) has an enhanced //e, currently carrying 2
5.25" and 1 3.5" drives, with an old-style Apple SCSI card, just waiting
for the drive to be moved back over from roomie #2's machine. It's got a
Star SG-10 on a generic parralel<sp?> card, and an extra meg of RAM
courtesy of a Q-RAM card (Sequential Systems' "ZMeg-80" card). It has a
2400 baud modem on it right now (roomie 2's machine has the VFX 14.4K
attached currently) The //e stands alone, connected only to it's own
hardware.
 
OK, you might well be wondering what this list of gear has to do with anything. 
Well, simply put, I'd like to attach the //e to the mini-net we have so
that it can be used as (at least) a dumb-terminal and still be able to get
to the modems through Appletalk/Phonenet. Can anybody tell me what
hardware/software I would need to do this? If I could get the thing
attached to the mini-net here in the house, and then use either the #1 or
#2 (Almost certainly #2) machine primarily as a router into the
internet... Can you see where this is going? :) BTW: There's a Hermes BBS
running on machine #1, attached to fidonet, so the possibility of gating
internet traffic might work into a reality.
