Yeah, almost as bad as Unix filenames. :)
crux4% ls -ld *foo*
-rw-r--r-- 1 jmk3 4 Apr 10 23:39 #$foo:::bar,.<>?
drwxr-xr-x 2 jmk3 512 Apr 10 23:37 foo:bar
I think both Mac and Unix allow _everything_ except Mac's disallow
colons and Unix disallows slashes and nuls. And Unix names can
be, what, 256? chars while Macs are limited to 31.
