Make sure you are using PCT utilities v 2.02 or v2.05.  v2.0 etc
virtually always seemed to fumble the dual prodos file HD volumes.  I
have never had a problem with 2.02 and a 32meg HD drive C. and 16 meg
drive D.  However I use MS/Dos 3.3.  I do not like how 5.0 and 6.0x act
on the PCT in comparison.
