The one time I found 15ns 'widebody' SRAM chips they wouldn't work at any 
speed
in my Zip board. I have found that the wide 45ns SONY chips work at 
speeds up
to 12mhz. I purchased the SONY chips from Microprocessor's Unlimited
(918.267.4961). They advertise in COMPUTER SHOPPER.
