Re: Apple External 3.5" drive

Let me explain a little further. My Mac classic originally had a 800k
internal drive. When they came out with the High Density drive I got
one and upgraded my MAC. I had the HD drive installed internal.
This made my original 800K internal disk drive a spare external 800k
drive. It is exactly the same as the GS external 800k drive. My Apple
dealer sold me a case for $15 (new) to enclose it in.
The case included the cable and eject button. The 800k drive for
the MAC is the same drive as the GS 800k drive. It's as simple as that.

High Density drives may be a different story, however
I don't know. I didn't try a HD disk because it's only a 800k drive.
