Inspector/Watson was a product sold by Advanced Logic Systems, the same 
who made Locksmith.  Locksmith being a bit copier for protected disks.  
Inspector/Watson was a DOS 3.3 disk utility.  Worked at both the sector 
and bit level.  Is that enough?
