But actually, Moral Rights would likely give the Apple II community
itself the right to stop the the use of the product name 'ShrinkIt' in
some jurisdictions such as my country... if one felt strongly that is.

Otherwise one might want to smoke a bowl dude and then anything
resembling sanity would appear to be either childish or funny.
