: No, it is not.

: As the person who met Bill Budge and hand carried all his disks that were
: being released to The Lost Classic Project, I can guarantee you that
: Pinball Construction Set was not one of those programs re-released as
: freeware. Everything else Bill Budge wrote for the II, with the exception of
: PCS and MouseDesk, was donated to the Lost Classic Project.

: Last I heard, Pinball Construction Set was still being sold as a
: commercial product by Big Red Computer Club (1-402-379-4680).

Didn't they go out of business last December?

: When I met Bill Budge 2+ years ago, he was then updating PCS to run on
: Sega machines. Since PCS, in one form or another, is still for sale
: commercially, the rights for that program remain with Electronic Arts.

I heard a little about this Lost Classic thing but what is the whole
story? Is it out?
