Ian Schmidt's AudioZap, v2.0 will do so. This is only available
to those who have paid the $20 registration fee. Some sort of updates
one of these years might be nice. :)
On the other hand, if you have access to a unix box, the program
'sox' will let you convert between many different styles; you should
be able to turn the .au file to a raw 8-bit binary, which could then
be loaded (and played, possibly after removing the zeroes) by many
different programs.
