You probably can't do that. The PCT is producing CGA output, which is
the same scan frequency as the IIgs video output (TV speeds, about 15
kHz), which is much too slow for modern VGA or SVGA monitors.
Have you ever seen the PCT's ColorSwitch card? A lot of rather messy
hardware (mainly a lot of resistors) is required to interface CGA RGB
output (digital RGB) to an analog RGB monitor, not to mention
switching between two alternative video sources.
