Just to get your hopes up a little.  I have hacked out how to use the PCT
video.  I someday plan to make REAL ANSI graphics with ProTERM by
patching ProTERM's video routines to use the PCT's video hardware.
Anyway, I suspect with this info you could change the scan rate to
something more compatable with VGA/SVGA.  Just a thought.  One register
selects interlace video mode.
