I don't know if this is true of all versions of the DOS 3.3 system master,
but on the version I have, INTBASIC just includes a copy of the Applesoft
D8 ROM in that space. I imagine it was put there mostly as a "placeholder,"
since it's pretty much useless without the rest of the Applesoft ROM
switched in.
