crunching community (for whom the language was developed in the first place)
and you might get on the list for a copy of COSMIC from the folks
who are handling the commercializatio of NASA programs...their current
disk has a large number of FORTRAN programs...like about 1500.
The installed program base in this language, just as for COBOL, is simply
too large for it to die or disappear.
