schematic software?

My sister and brother-in-law are in the process of starting their own 
business and ``inherited'' an Apple II from a family member. They're 
looking for some sort of software that will enable them to print 
schematic diagrams (electrical wiring, etc.) for jobs they are bidding on.

Does such an animal exist? Any ideas you could pass along would be 
greatly appreciated. Please e-mail me if it's convenient.
