Nope, slot 0 is always to remain pointing to the no device connected routine.
This is required for compatibility reasons. When apps disconnect the 64K RAM
disk for example, they copy the slot 0 driver vector to slot 3 so that attempts
to access the RAM disk return no device connected. The address is version
dependent so you can't assume you know where it is. This procedure for 
disconnecting devices is documented in the P8 tech ref manual.
