	Yes, you can, but the output (to my knowledge) will only be
monochrome - 16 B&W greyscales. I've found fiddling with the RCA cable
connector can produce color through the NTSC port on the III, but colors 
are very faint, washed and faded. The NTSC video port is only meant for
monochrome output.
