The arrow keys cannot be specifically identified with an ADB keyboard
(unless you bypass the keyboard micro and handle the scan codes
directly).

The reason the arrow keys can be distinguished from Ctrl-H, etc. is
that the Control key can be detected.  If you try pressing
Ctrl-Left-Arrow, for example, the computer will think you've pressed
Ctrl-H.

All the modifier keys should be detectable with the IIe keyboard,
because they are all fed directly into the keyboard microcontroller,
so it should be possible to distinguish Left Arrow from Ctrl-H.
