Zip Upgrades

I have purchased the new 14MHz 65c816, and it will not run.  I beleive
that the static rams are not the correct ones to use.  What brand should
I be using to run at 12.5MHz and possibly 15MHz?  Also does ti matter
whether I use the 74HC chips, or should I get the 74AS chips?
