If all else fails, contact the folks at Washington Apple PI for help...they
have a number of members who make their services available at prices reanging
from free to reasonable...
try an e-mail message to info@wap....ooops, make that info@tcs.wap.org
They should be able to put you on to someone closeby to guide you thru this
or to come by and help fix it for you.  Meanwhile, listen closely to what
others have already responded with....
