Re: SCSI terminator power

I forgot to add that I have an AE heavy duty power supply powering
my GS. Also, I have a PC keyboard attached to the PC/T. All of
these things drawing current from my PS may be part of the problem.

Are there any problems or special things that I need to be aware of
in using the floptical drive?

BTW, my Macinstor120 HD has a Maxtor mech in it and I was wondering
if it can be configured to supply term power.

What would be a good way to test cache memory on the ZipGS?

Is the Tulin floptical (InSite mech) a reliable device? Is it
particularly fragile or incapable of heavy use? Should I only use
it spairingly? I've been really wearing it out trying to diagnose
problems with the SCSI chain. I'm just afraid that by constantly
restoring from tape to floptical and then trying to optimize with
a crash and repeating the process over and over and over, I just
might wear out the mech and disk and then I'll have even more problems
to deal with.

Is ProSel-16 v8.84 and RamFAST C 3.01e compatible with the floptical
drive?
