It is an earlier version of the same program.  It is definitely
commercial (but unavailable).  

I'm not certain, but I think "SCSI Hard Drive Utilities" is the name
of the version that was distributed by Chinook with their own SCSI
card.  "Chinook SCSI Utilities" is the name of the version that was
sold separately for use with Apple SCSI cards.  The latest version of
the latter is 1.5.

I suggest that someone try to track down Craig Peterson, find out who
has the rights to the program, and see if the program can be
re-released as Freeware.  Maybe this could be done by the GEnie Lost
Classics project? 

This program definitely deserves to be more widely available.  It is
without doubt the best set of SCSI utilities for the Apple SCSI card.
