If the picture is tilted but still rectangular, and not obliqued, then you
need to turn the coils on the neck of the CRT tube. They're held in place
with a clamp. Lossen this, turn the coil to compensate the angle, and
tighten the clamp. The coil may also be held with a blob of tar-like stuff.
You can pick that loose with your fingernails. If you really feel the need
to re-glop the coils when you're done, you can use nail polish. The picture
is "attached" to the coil, so it turns exactly the direction and amount you
turn the coil.

Obviously, you do this with it turned off.
