	Sorry about that, the key to hold down is Open-Apple (Command key);
I didn't catch my mistaken until after the post went out. Holding down OA
while booting the first disk will bring up a configuration menu. From here
you can set volume, interactive/non-interactive demo, number of drives, etc.
