Sales Semo on CCO

I've gotten the sales demo from the CCO ftp site a few time to make suer
that it is not something that I am doing. After the first part with the
sax the machine tries to load another part and crashes.  If I press
ctrl-reset, i can see an error message that says directory VOLUMES not
found (or something like that)  Has anyone gotten this to work?
Something else I noticed is that if I use a M*cintosh to format Apple II
disks with PC exchange, sometimes they don't work on the GS.  If I
transfer the file from the disk that did not work onto a disk formatted
with a GS, the file is fine.  Curious, isn't it.
