ProLine on Apple II+

I recently (a few days ago) purchased ProLine direct from MDG so
that I can run a local BBS here. I purposely got the last version
that still ran on an Apple ][+ computer because I wanted to put
my old CPU to good use. So far the install process has came through
just fine and I'm very impressed with the depth of the interface.

The problem that I am having now is that I can't figure out how
to configure the local emulation to use my VideoTerm 80-column
card insted of the ][+ 40-column mode. I've been flipping through
the user manual back and forth and still haven't come across the
instructions to set it up for 80-column use. Does anyone here
have any knowledge on how to do that? In 40-columns, all the text
becomes very hard to read and I tried things like exiting to BASIC
and typing 'PR#3' and then 'RUN' but none of the text got sent
to the 80-column card.

I hope someone here has been able to figure that out. In the mean
time, I'll be RTFMing until I find the solution.

Thanks,
