A known one, if other messages on Faxination are anything to go by.
If Faxination is installed, the computer crashes whenever you quit from
ProDOS-8 and return to GS/OS.

If you use a ProDOS-8 program selector (e.g. Birds Better Bye and my
QUITTER program), everything will go fine until you try to return to
GS/OS.

I'm amazed that they didn't notice this in internal testing, let alone
alpha or beta testing.

(My copy has been on order since early December, so I hope to get it
soon.)
