This is a great opportunity to point out that Sequential Systems
(which sells hard drives and SCSI cards for Apple II computers)
has a toll-free 800-number technical support hotline, where you
get to talk to ME, Jawaid "SCSI Guru and VideoBaz Wizard" Bazyar,
to resolve your problems. And I'm pleasant, courteous, and have
an unending supply of patience (we have a 10,000 gallon tank of
patience in the parking lot, and I'm directly connected to that via
a high-pressure feed).
