Prosel is a program launcher (Program Selector, get it?) which
includes several utility programs (backup/restore, disk recovery,
general file maintenance, etc.)

There are two major versions: Prosel-8 runs on 8-bit machines (IIe,
IIc; it can also be used on the IIgs). Prosel-16 only runs on the
IIgs, and is much more powerful than Prosel-8.
