A colleague of mine is running Appleworks (v2.0) on an elderly but fit 
Apple IIe.
It prints fine to daisywheel and dot-matrix printers.
He now wants to print to a Canon BJ-200.
He's tried in both BJ-10 and LQ emulation, but it won't produce line 
feeds un;ess he temporarily forces *auto line feed* from the printer 
controls.
He's asked Canon for an escape sequence which he should send from 
software (eg Esc@) but they don't really understand.
Help!
