Well I haven't been too impressed with the handling of the subscriptions.
I was told that the A+/InCider subscribers would have their subscriptions
transfered over to II Alive. At the time, I was subscribed to both, and
when my II Alive subscription expired the extension from A+/InCider never
picked up. I've called numerous times and was given promises that the
situation would be cleared up.
 
The excuse I got was that the subscription department didn't handle the
transfers. In my last conversation with a sales person late last spring I
was told I would get a free subscription to compensate. I even got a
letter to confirm this, but I have yet to see an issue. I've already
given up on this matter and don't even plan on subscribing or ordering
anything from Quality again unless it's the only place I can get what I'm
looking for.
