Apple II products do have their own 800 number. (For that matter, so
does SmartVoice, our Macintosh product.) The reason for this is that it's
extremely difficult for a single person to be knowledgeable about every
single platform. With our Apple II business declining, it doesn't make
sense to train everyone at QC on Apple II products. The separate 800
number is a way of ensuring that you talk to someone who knows what
you're talking about when you call.
