The given values for the GS power supply are:
+12V @ 1A
-12V @ 0.25A
+5V  @ 4A
-5V  @ 0.25A
So be sure your PC ps can supply at least that much current for
each voltage.  If it can supply more current, it certainly wouldn't
hurt, and if you have many cards installed, it might be necessary.
If your ps isn't capable of supplying enough current, it probably
cannot be adjusted to give more.
