Would a shutdown routine that clears the screen, sets up the reset vector
to reboot on reset, and then stops the processor via STP be approximately
the same thing? You'd have to restart with control-reset rather than just
reset, though. I don't know for sure how much power the machine would be
using when its processor is stopped. Does anyone else?
