Video Overlay Card

I read some times ago on A2-Central that Apple developed a special version
of the Video Overlay Card for Australia (it differs from the USA version because
it accepts and provide PAL video output) which does not have the same television
standard of USA.
Is anybody aware of were to find such board.
Any address, information will be greatly appreciated.
BTW my IIgs just have a PAL video output thanks to a kit available from
Australia.
